Whatever the problems, such as waste water where the client has to pay a high premium to the local municipal disposal, we are in many cases able to reduce this cost by means of pretreatment of the waste water to permissible standards.

For waste water pre – treatment we use EC and Ozone to eliminate oil and fat.

A common problem for waste water is that the water contains high amounts of oils and fats, which means the municipal waste water treatment facilities must use large quantities of chemicals to eliminate those products. Reducing oils and fats allows the disposal price to be reduced drastically.

More and more clients have realized that they have problems from dust in the factory, dust in the packing place, dust in the production line, and dust / odor in the painting line. We are able to reduce all those problems by installing filters or wet scrubbers including odor control.

Most common odors from painting are caused by vapor from tinder and toluene, and in this case we are able to reduce them down to standard by using Ozone or wet scrubbers with ozone.

Dust and smoke from machinery processing can be dangerous to humans. We can reduce dust and smoke down to standard.

In office areas which use air - conditioning we are able to reduce the viruses and bacteria found in these systems with ozone treatment. Therefore providing a healthier work place and increasing productivity.
